What we’ve found helpful is having people that are particularly skilled or knowledgeable in specific areas post about those subjects. I have a great outsourced blogger, but she knows nothing about specific festivals in Davao, the history of the people, etc. and so I have to use someone else for those posts.

Hi Justin,

that’s an interesting point you make about having different styles on a blog. Many blog hosts invite posts from guest bloggers for that reason and I have done so myself on occasion to add in a bit of variety.

Awfully good advice here. I actually enjoy writing…it’s my business partner that has trouble sticking with it. He procrastinates on articles, takes forever to edit, etc. My problem is that I can’t write posts more than one or two times a week, and so we’ve had to look for outsourced options.

What I’ve found is that it’s often worthwhile to go with several different people for our blog entries. While that could pose a problem if you’re looking at marketing materials (You want a certain measure of cohesiveness) it seems to work out on blogs because the different styles are quite appealing.

In the Philippines outsourcing is now becoming a major trendsetter in outsourcing and yes they are effective as well.

Good post. it is true outsourcing can Do wonders for you but sometimes it will also pull you down.
